No immediate payment is required if you are one of the following:
· Local Authorities
· Health Boards
It is Easy, Quick, and no Immediate Online Payment is Required.
Our system caters for the use of Purchase Orders for the above types of organisations. We do not take payment at the checkout stage. Your order submission is treated as an enquiry, until we receive by email or fax your official purchase order.
Here is a quick step by step guide.
Normal Basket Procedure
Place all your required products into the basket, including any engraving or customisations if required.
Use tabs to confirm your Date Required and Presentation Date.
Use the special instruction box for any specific instructions, messages or questions you need to pass to us relating to your order.
Stage 1 : Standard Information
Fill in your email and shipping address.
Select your preferred shipping method; if you choose U.K. Standard, our site will automatically calculate your shipping costs. The wide range of additional shipping options are not automatically calculated online at this stage. Rather the cost will be confirmed by our customer services team within 1 working hour (week days 9am to 5pm G.M.T excluding bank holidays).
Stage 2: Paying By Purchase Order
You will now be offered 4 payment options. Select the payment option you require and press confirm to submit. All options will send within 30 minutes (during working hours) an emailed order confirmation. Within this timescale your order details will have been checked by our customer services team.
Quote Ideal for customers that simply want the assurance of a detailed quotation. A full PDF quote is provided by our customer services team. Additionally, you can login into your online account and review your quote, make changes and/or make payment.
BACS Ideal for users that prefer to pay electronically direct from their company, club or personal bank account. Please include our order number in your payment reference.
Purchase Order On receipt of our emailed order confirmation you can email or fax us an official purchase order. Please include your P.O. number, our order number, the total order value and your requested delivery date. On receipt of your P.O. we will then place your order into our production and delivery process.
N.B. For schools - if you have not received our order confirmation, please check your spam filter folder and look for an email from email@example.com
4. Pay Now Recommended for smaller orders where you prefer to pay there and then, and do not require any further correspondence relating to your order prior to purchase.
